I recently stayed at San Luca and was impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the property. The staff, particularly Pietro, Morgan, Claudio, and Genaro. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and essential amenities. Unfortunately, the pool was closed without prior notice, and the receptionist staff was a bit rude. However, Salvatore from the restaurant was exceptional, providing a memorable dining experience.The hotel offers modern décor and a good range of facilities, including a restaurant and wifi. The layout, with the reception at the back of the hotel, was a bit confusing due to the conference center setup. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provides good value for the price. San Luca offers a decent balance between luxury and cost in the heart of Italy.
